Two Moons Distillery: A Hong Kong Heartbeat, Distilled

Join the Harvard Club of Hong Kong for an intimate evening at Two Moons Distillery, Hong Kong’s first gin distillery, hidden inside the industrial fabric of Chai Wan.

The evening will begin with a warm welcome and an introduction to the story behind Two Moons: how the distillery was founded, how it navigated the unlikely path of making craft gin in Hong Kong, and how its distinctive identity has grown from a deep affection for the city. Guests will then meet Luna, the distillery’s custom-built 100-liter copper pot and column hybrid still, and learn how she shapes the distillation process behind Two Moons’ layered and expressive flavors.
